Community Education Coordinator(s)
Function
The Community Education Coordinator shall have the responsibility of
communicating, coordinating, and gathering information on all Community
Education projects conducted within the Schoolhouse
Duties
- Maintain clear and frequent communication among schools regarding Community Education projects
- Obtain information from each school via a web form or written Action Plan
on what they propose to accomplish during a given year for Community
Education.
- Conduct a follow up survey at the end of each school's year to determine what
was accomplished for Community Education
- Provide assistance, guidance, suggestions and encouragement on how each
school can highlight their Community Education projects
- Keep track of all Community Education projects completed by Schoolhouse
schools and submit a report or data chart to be posted on the web, which
quantifies how many times Schoolhouse students have made a positive
educational impact in their local communities
- Maintain regular communication via email or chat with the other International
Coordinators and the Executive Director re: Community Education projects.
