Community Education Coordinator(s)

Function
The Community Education Coordinator shall have the responsibility of communicating, coordinating, and gathering information on all Community Education projects conducted within the Schoolhouse

Duties

  1. Maintain clear and frequent communication among schools regarding Community Education projects
  2. Obtain information from each school via a web form or written Action Plan on what they propose to accomplish during a given year for Community Education.
  3. Conduct a follow up survey at the end of each school's year to determine what was accomplished for Community Education
  4. Provide assistance, guidance, suggestions and encouragement on how each school can highlight their Community Education projects
  5. Keep track of all Community Education projects completed by Schoolhouse schools and submit a report or data chart to be posted on the web, which quantifies how many times Schoolhouse students have made a positive educational impact in their local communities
  6. Maintain regular communication via email or chat with the other International Coordinators and the Executive Director re: Community Education projects.
