Local Action Coordinator(s)

Function
The Local Action Coordinator shall have the responsibility of communicating, coordinating, and gathering information on all Local Action projects conducted within the Schoolhouse

Duties

  1. Maintain clear and frequent communication among schools regarding Local Action projects
  2. Obtain information from each school via a web form or written Action Plan on what they propose to accomplish during a given year for Local Action
  3. Conduct a follow up survey at the end of each school's year to determine what was accomplished
  4. Provide assistance, guidance, suggestions and encouragement on how each school can highlight their Local Action projects
  5. Keep track of all Local Action projects completed by Schoolhouse schools and submit a report or data chart to be posted on the web, which quantifies how many times Schoolhouse students have made a positive impact in their local communities
  6. Maintain regular communication via email or chat with the other International Coordinators and the Executive Director re: Local Action projects.
