"The lands of the world are covered with many different vegetation types. One of these is forest. There are many different types of forests, with many varied exotic trees. Only a small percentage of the land surface of the earth is taken up by forest." (The Environment and Us, p25).

Using your well established research skills, you are required to investigate current arguments with regards to the logging of old growth forests in the south-west of Western Australia. From your research you will need to complete each of the tasks set out below.
