Goals
- Showcase the displays created by each multinational committee.
- Present the solutions crafted by each multinational committee.
- Adopt the solutions crafted by the multinational committees as an attachment to the Declaration of Environmental Rights and Responsibilities.
- Adopt the final version of the Declaration of Environmental Rights and Responsibilities
- Announce the goals for the next two years and close the final session of the General Assembly.
Procedures
The Closing of the General Assembly shall follow these procedures to achieve its goals:
- Delegates will take their assigned seat in the Legislative Assembly. Delegates will be seated by multinational committee.
- The Speaker will announce the start of the General Assembly session.
- The Speaker will welcome the delegates and guests and then review the agenda for the closing of the General Assembly.
- The Speaker will formally introduce the multinational committees.
- Each multinational committee will present their proposed solutions along with their displays to the General Assembly. The schedule for the presentations will be as follows:
- Sustainable Urban Lifestyles 3.20 – 4.00
- Environmental Impact on Urban Beaches 3:40 – 4:00
- Eco-tourism 4:00 - 4:20
- Environmental Problems We’ve Realized Through Our Actions 4:20 - 4:40
- Wetland Management 4:40 –5.00
- Myth & Fact of the Teenage Population 5:00 – 5:20
- The General assembly will formally adopt the solutions that will be attached to the Declaration of Environmental Rights and Responsibilities.
- The Speaker will announce the purpose and goals of the Declaration and the 21st Century Schoolhouse over the next two years.
- The Speaker will close the General Assembly Session.
